WHY WE SAMPLE IN STAGES

Approve the structure before production tooling.

A flat file cannot fully predict an inflated three-dimensional product. Handmade samples let us confirm size, outline, balance and print position before gravure cylinders and production tooling are made.

Artwork review

Confirm size, shape, text, market and intended use.

Handmade shape sample

Inflate an unprinted prototype to check structure and proportion.

Print-position approval

Mark logos, faces and text on the inflated sample.

Cylinders & tooling

Prepare gravure cylinders, sealing tools and cutting moulds.

Printed sample

Inspect color, registration, inflation and finished appearance.
