Factory inspection scope
Inspection covers printed content, color difference, color fastness, leakage, dimensions and film thickness.
After pre-production sample approval, the signed physical sample is retained as the printing reference. The first printed output is compared with it, followed by checks every 20 minutes during bulk printing to compare color and artwork with the approved sample.
Leakage observation and sampling
Randomly selected samples are inflated until visibly full. The start time is recorded, samples are left for 8 hours, and leakage observations and the leakage rate are recorded.
UNDALO states an AQL 2.0 requirement for sampling and acceptance. AQL alone does not specify the sample count or acceptance number and is not a promise that each shipment has no more than 2% leakage. Define the applicable standard, inspection level, lot size and acceptance criteria in the order inspection plan.
Match documents to the product
Ask for reports covering the applicable material, ink, color, accessories and intended market. Review issuer, report number, sample identity, scope and date. A report for a different product does not automatically establish suitability for your order.

September 2026 factory audit results
The Hefei facility completed an Intertek SQP assessment on 10–11 September 2026 with an overall score of 87%. Its Leverage C-TPAT factory security assessment on 11 September 2026 scored 90%, rated Low Risk.

BSCI audit and ISO 9001 documentation
The Hefei facility’s amfori BSCI monitoring summary records a TUV Rheinland audit on 21 August 2026 with an overall C rating.
Our existing ISO 9001:2015 certificate states a validity period from 6 March 2025 to 5 March 2028.
