Define the brand assets
Provide editable logos, artwork, color references, pack layout and the approved wording. State who approves translations and owns each barcode. Keep a revision number on every file to avoid mixing old and new packaging.
Connect the pack to the product
Match the pack image and description to the supplied balloon. Confirm whether straws, sticks or other components are included; do not let a display image imply accessories that are not packed. Pack dimensions, component list and supported formats: 【待确认】.
Control mixed assortments
Set a packing matrix for each retail pack, inner carton and master carton. Confirm the number of pieces by design, color and size, plus carton marks and the method for reconciling packed quantities.
Approve a complete pack sample
Review the actual balloon together with the printed pack and all inserts. Scan barcode samples and compare text against approved artwork. Packaging MOQ, cost and schedule: 【待确认】.
Confirmed number-balloon packing options
For UNDALO multicolor number balloons, bulk packing is 50 balloons per bag. An individual OPP pack contains one balloon, one straw and one color card; six individual OPP packs form one outer bag before cartoning. Paper envelope bags can replace individual OPP bags, an option used by many European customers. Ribbon can be supplied on request. Carton quantity follows customer requirements. Carton dimensions usually do not exceed 39 × 39 × 59 cm, and carton weight usually does not exceed 15 kg. The outer-bag arrangement for paper packs remains 【待确认】. UNDALO number-balloon dispatch schedule
For in-stock standard-color number balloons in bulk with no custom packaging, dispatch is within 3 calendar days after receipt of the deposit. When custom individual packaging is required, dispatch takes 25 calendar days from receipt of the deposit and approval of the custom packaging sample, whichever happens later. Custom production orders normally dispatch in 35 calendar days, counted once both the deposit has been received and the pre-production sample has been approved (from whichever happens later).
All three dispatch schedules use calendar days. These are dispatch lead times, not transit times or arrival dates. New single-color samples take 7 calendar days; new-shape or multicolor-pattern samples take 10 calendar days; custom packaging samples take 8 calendar days. The sampling start event remains 【待确认】. These schedules are confirmed for the multicolor number-balloon range and do not automatically apply to other product families.
