Plan quantities at SKU level
A total order quantity does not describe the packing task. List quantities by shape, size, digit or letter, color and design. Identify which items share retail packaging and which need individual labels. Ask whether MOQ applies to the entire order, each design or each color.
Make quotations comparable
Compare the same film, dimensions, valve, print coverage, packaging and inspection basis. Separate tooling, sample, freight and testing costs from the product unit price. Currency, trade term, MOQ and quotation validity: 【待确认】.
Prepare for repeat orders
Keep an approved sample, artwork revision, packing specification and order reference. Confirm that a repeat order uses the same agreed construction; document any material, color or packaging changes before release.
UNDALO number-balloon dispatch schedule
For in-stock standard-color number balloons in bulk with no custom packaging, dispatch is within 3 calendar days after receipt of the deposit. When custom individual packaging is required, dispatch takes 25 calendar days from receipt of the deposit and approval of the custom packaging sample, whichever happens later. Custom production orders normally dispatch in 35 calendar days, counted once both the deposit has been received and the pre-production sample has been approved (from whichever happens later).
All three dispatch schedules use calendar days. These are dispatch lead times, not transit times or arrival dates. New single-color samples take 7 calendar days; new-shape or multicolor-pattern samples take 10 calendar days; custom packaging samples take 8 calendar days. The sampling start event remains 【待确认】. These schedules are confirmed for the multicolor number-balloon range and do not automatically apply to other product families.
