Intertek SQP assessment: 87% overall
Intertek conducted an initial, announced, on-site Supplier Qualification Program (SQP) assessment on 10–11 September 2026. The report records an overall facility score of 87%, in its High performance band.
The assessment covered management commitment, risk management, quality management, site and facilities, product control, product testing, process control and personnel training. The report also identified improvement findings; this result does not mean that the facility had no findings or that every product has been independently certified.
C-TPAT factory security assessment: 90%, Low Risk
Leverage conducted a factory security assessment with reference to C-TPAT requirements on 11 September 2026. The assessment report records an overall score of 90%, rated Low Risk.
Leverage also issued a Letter of Compliance covering security management, physical security access control and logistics control. The letter states a validity period of 17 September 2026 to 16 September 2027, subject to its stated annual surveillance condition.
This is a third-party factory security assessment and compliance letter. It is not a claim of U.S. Customs and Border Protection CTPAT membership, certification or validation.
Evidence for buyer due diligence
These results give buyers documented information about the assessed facility and its quality and security controls. They do not replace product-specific testing, an agreed specification or the buyer’s supplier approval process.
