Inflated dimensions are approximate and can vary slightly by number shape and inflation pressure. Helium lift also depends on film weight, valve, accessories and atmospheric conditions; confirm critical projects with an inflated sample.

Clear specifications before quotation.
Common options are 0.023, 0.025, 0.027 and 0.029 mm. Above 35 cm, evaluate at least 0.027 mm; above 80 cm, 0.029 mm is recommended.
5,000 pieces per new custom design. Confirm the final MOQ by size, color, printing and packing format.
Mould cost depends on balloon area; printing-cylinder cost depends on print size and number of colors; sampling cost covers tooling changes, machine setup and a short sample run.
Retail bags, header cards, inserts, mixed packs and other buyer-specified packing can be quoted after requirements are confirmed.
Final material, thickness, inflated size, color direction, valve, packaging and performance are confirmed against the approved sample and specification.
Thickness values are manufacturing recommendations rather than universal legal limits. Product geometry, seals, valve, inflation pressure, destination market and testing plan must also be evaluated.

Which sizes are recommended for helium?
Nominal 36, 38 and 40-inch balloons are recommended for helium floating. Sizes below 36 inches are better used as air-filled decorations.
What colors are available?
The pictured range includes dark blue, gold, light pink, silver, black, rose gold, light blue, pearl pink, gradient, pearl blue and red. Confirm current colors for the required size before ordering.
Are nominal and inflated sizes the same?
No. The inch measurement is the nominal uninflated size. Finished height is smaller because the film curves to create volume.
