How the automatic valve closes
Automatic self-sealing valve made from two flexible film layers. After inflation, internal gas pressure presses the layers together to form the closure.
The flexible layers conform closely under pressure to retain gas during normal use. This design does not mean a damaged valve, seam or film can never leak.
Valve closure and perimeter seals
The valve controls the inflation opening; perimeter seals join the balloon panels. Both belong in a finished-product inspection. The inner PE layer supports heat sealing.
Inflation endpoint
UNDALO uses a visibly full balloon as the inflation endpoint during its leakage check. No numerical inflation pressure is specified. Use compatible equipment and avoid forcing the filling tool into the valve.
Closure does not establish reuse
Deflation technique, repeated-use capability and a guaranteed number of inflation cycles remain 【待确认】. Self-sealing construction alone does not establish these properties.
