What the factory inspects
Inspection covers printed content, color difference, color fastness, leakage, dimensions and film thickness.
Eight-hour leakage observation
Randomly selected samples are inflated until visibly full. The start time is recorded, samples are left for 8 hours, and leakage observations and the leakage rate are recorded.
The inflation endpoint is visible fullness; no pressure in kPa or psi has been supplied. Record the tested model and individual observations so the result can be traced to the sample.
Sampling and acceptance
UNDALO states an AQL 2.0 requirement for sampling and acceptance. AQL alone does not specify the sample count or acceptance number and is not a promise that each shipment has no more than 2% leakage. The applicable standard, inspection level, lot size and acceptance/rejection plan remain 【待确认】 in the order inspection plan.
Leak checks and display duration
An 8-hour leakage check does not establish a 5-day or 7-day floating period. For the confirmed conventional number range, PET floats for 5 days and Nylon for 7 days indoors before gradual wrinkles, with about 2 further floating days at reduced fullness. Air-filled retention is 15 days or more.
Temperature changes and apparent softness
A helium-filled balloon can wrinkle when moved from warm to cold surroundings because the gas contracts. Appearance alone does not establish leakage; review temperature changes, elapsed time and the condition of the valve, seams and film.
