Include the product URL or reference image, intended use, target market, size definition, color reference and artwork version. Say whether the outline is existing or custom.
Specification and quantities
List required film construction, thickness, valve, fill method and performance criteria if already defined. Otherwise request options and mark the choice pending. Provide quantities for every design, digit, letter, color and size.
Packing and commercial terms
Describe retail contents, labels, carton quantities, destination and requested arrival date. Ask for currency, trade term, quote validity, payment terms and separate sample, tooling, testing and freight charges.

UNDALO number-balloon dispatch schedule
For in-stock standard-color number balloons in bulk with no custom packaging, dispatch is within 3 calendar days after receipt of the deposit. When custom individual packaging is required, dispatch takes 25 calendar days from receipt of the deposit and approval of the custom packaging sample, whichever happens later. Custom production orders normally dispatch in 35 calendar days, counted once both the deposit has been received and the pre-production sample has been approved (from whichever happens later).
All three dispatch schedules use calendar days. These are dispatch lead times, not transit times or arrival dates. New single-color samples take 7 calendar days; new-shape or multicolor-pattern samples take 10 calendar days; custom packaging samples take 8 calendar days. The sampling start event remains 【待确认】. These schedules are confirmed for the multicolor number-balloon range and do not automatically apply to other product families.
