Ask what MOQ applies to
Clarify whether MOQ is per shape, size, artwork, color, pack or order. An order total can hide a small quantity of each variant. Provide a complete quantity matrix before comparing offers.
Separate one-time and recurring costs
Ask the quotation to identify structural development, tooling, print setup, samples, packaging development and product charges. Confirm which costs apply again when artwork or dimensions change.
Clarify ownership and repeat orders
Record tooling ownership, storage, maintenance, transfer and any repeat-order conditions in the agreed terms. Do not assume that paying a development fee establishes all these rights.
Build timing around approvals

Confirmed MOQ for number balloons
For the UNDALO multicolor number-balloon range, in-stock standard colors have a minimum order of 50 pieces per size, per digit, per color. Custom orders, including Pantone-referenced custom colors, require at least 3,000 pieces per size, per digit, per color. Each combination must meet its own MOQ. Standard colors are usually stocked, but actual availability for the requested specification must be confirmed. These terms do not apply automatically to other product families.
UNDALO number-balloon dispatch schedule
For in-stock standard-color number balloons in bulk with no custom packaging, dispatch is within 3 calendar days after receipt of the deposit. When custom individual packaging is required, dispatch takes 25 calendar days from receipt of the deposit and approval of the custom packaging sample, whichever happens later. Custom production orders normally dispatch in 35 calendar days, counted once both the deposit has been received and the pre-production sample has been approved (from whichever happens later).
All three dispatch schedules use calendar days. These are dispatch lead times, not transit times or arrival dates. New single-color samples take 7 calendar days; new-shape or multicolor-pattern samples take 10 calendar days; custom packaging samples take 8 calendar days. The sampling start event remains 【待确认】. These schedules are confirmed for the multicolor number-balloon range and do not automatically apply to other product families.
