Film construction should match size, inflation method, handling and price position.
Nylon-based laminate
Nylon + PE + aluminum layer. Generally offers better toughness, strength, gas barrier and softness, at a higher cost. Recommended more often for large sizes and helium use.
PET-based laminate
PET + PE + aluminum layer. A cost-conscious option suitable for many validated air-filled and smaller-format applications.
